Frequently asked questions

Answers about ordering, collection, registration, and what happens next.

Before you order

Start with what each kit includes and whether it is available to purchase.

What can I buy here?

You can browse available at-home collection kits, review what each kit includes, and add an available collection kit to your cart for purchase. Samples are run in CLIA-certified labs, and results are overseen by board-certified physicians. If medical necessity is not found for a purchased kit, you may be unable to complete checkout or may receive a refund.

What comes with my kit?

Each product page lists its included materials. A dry blood card collection kit includes collection materials, instructions, QR registration guidance, and return packaging.

When your kit arrives

Your kit and product page make the collection method and registration step clear.

How do I collect my sample?

Use the instructions included with your kit. Collection videos are available on the registration site dashboard after registering your kit and logging in. The product page identifies the sample type and collection method before you buy.

Why do I need to register my kit?

Register the kit using its QR code instructions before you return your sample. This helps connect your kit to the appropriate registration site and ensures the lab receives required information before receiving your sample for processing.

After your order

The next steps are tied to registration, processing, and the kit you selected.

How will I receive results and next steps?

After your kit is registered and processed, your results will be released to your HIPAA-compliant dashboard. You will receive an email notification when your results are available.

Why can’t I start checkout?

The selected product may be currently unavailable. If a kit cannot be checked out, revisit its product page for details or contact support.
